Noida Authority is going completely online from 1 January 2019, with all its work related to registration of properties and some other similar services. Till now their was option of executing work manually or offline. Officials stated that the move will bring more transparency and efficiency at workplace.

Online services had already commenced from month of November and OSD to the Noida Authority said that “People were told to get themselves registered under KYA (know your allottee). Services like mortgage, work extension, mutation, development fee, etc. were made online. Now, the Authority has planned to make online facilities compulsory for all these services. Manual services will be stopped from this month.”

Now if you stay in Noida and you need to register your property online with Noida Authority then you need to watch this video to know the process of doing the same.

Process will start with registration on www.igsrup.gov.in and all the details are to be filled online hence knowing the exact process is very important so that nothing goes wrong.

The complete work will be executed at the comfort of your home and the application status can also be tracked online. Online payment of registration can also be done and the process will be completed after due verification.

For property owners who would like to would like to sell their property the transfer memorandum will also be made available online from 15 January 2019. For those who are unaware of transfer memorandum, it is an official permission granted by the authority to the owner of property for transferring his rights or ownership.
